Most Structa projects are priced as scoped project work, based on the deliverables, complexity, level of detail and timeline.
For selected proposal-stage opportunities, a success-based pricing model may be available. For companies needing regular visual support, retainers are also available.
MODEL 1 - sCOPED pROJECT WORK
Fixed pricing based on scope, output and complexity.
Most Structa work is priced as a scoped project. This applies when the deliverables, level of detail, timeline and intended use can be clearly defined before work begins.
What affects pricing:
• Number of spaces or outputs
• Complexity of the environment or object
• Level of realism and refinement required
• Technical detail or integration requirements
• Animation length or motion complexity
• Turnaround speed
• Revision requirements
• Intended use of the final assets
MODEL 2 — SUCCESS-BASED PRICING
Available on selected pre-sales and proposal-stage projects.
For approved opportunities, Structa can offer a success-based pricing structure where the project is quoted normally first.
The client pays 35% upfront. If the project is won, an additional 100% of the quoted fee becomes payable.
This is best suited to live proposal-stage projects where the visuals directly support the opportunity moving forward.
What determines whether it applies:
• The opportunity is live and commercially real
• The scope is clear enough to assess properly
• The project value justifies the model
• The timeline is workable
• The fit is commercially strong
• The agreement is confirmed in writing before work starts
No-win, no-fee only applies where expressly agreed in writing for the specific project.
MODEL 3 — MONTHLY RETAINERS
For companies needing regular visual support.
Retainers provide monthly visual credit against standard Structa pricing. They are best suited to AV integrators, fit-out firms, signage companies and proposal teams needing recurring visuals, overlays, pitch assets or white-label support.
Retainer options:
Lite — £1,500/mo → £2,000 credit
Growth — £3,500/mo → £5,000 credit
Pro — £5,000/mo → £7,500 credit
Strategic — £8,000/mo → £12,500 credit
Retainers are paid monthly upfront. Minimum 3-month term.
